Pacific Lutheran University’s dance team is excited to have one final performance before the end of the school year.

The extra show was the idea of two dance team members, Jesse Kenduck, and Claire Helligso, who took the thought of an additional show and made it a reality.

“We wanted to have another experience of putting on and performing in a show. We just wanted to create another opportunity for ourselves, and for people like us who wanted to perform and create to showcase that before the year was over.” Jesse Kenduck.

The show is to be held Thursday May 18, at 7:30 p.m. in the KHP black box. There is no cost of entry and the seats are first come first serve.

“It’s not going to be a super long show, it’s kind of like a mini show. It shouldn’t be too long, maybe about an hour.  It could be a nice study break for people and it’s right here on campus.” Said Kenduck.

This show is completely student run, including help from students who are involved in the dance program but not on the dance team. Also performing at the show will be Lute Nation, PLU’s step team.

Dance team is a PLU club sport organization, available to any student via tryout.
